1QBit Presenting at AQC at Google Los Angeles

June 20, 2016

1QBit will be presenting on June 29, 2016 at the Adiabatic Quantum Computing (AQC) conference to be held at Google Los Angeles. Researcher Gili Rosenberg’s talk titled “Boosting quantum annealer performance via quantum persistence” will outline a new method of using a quantum annealer developed by 1QBit’s research team that significantly improves success metrics, when compared with calling the quantum annealer alone, even when using fewer annealing cycles. Use of the method results in a considerable improvement even for problems with high-precision couplers and biases. 1QBit will be presenting alongside notable speakers who include Hartmut Neven, Sergio Boixo, John Martinis and Vasil Denchev (Google), Helmut Katzgraber (Texas A&M), Andrew King (D-Wave), and Alejandro Perdomo-Ortiz (NASA).
