Anna Levit

Intellectual Property Strategy Lead

Anna obtained her PhD in Probability and Stochastic Processes from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, where she previously completed her master’s degree and bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.

Before joining 1QBit, Anna held a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of British Columbia in the Probability Group at the department of Mathematics and spent a semester as a postdoctoral fellow in the Random Spatial Processes Program at the Mathematical Sciences Research Institute, UC Berkeley. Her research focused on stochastic geometric methods in statistical mechanics.

As Fundamental Research Lead at 1QBit, Anna works with our teams on machine learning algorithms that can be applied via adiabatic quantum computing. She also studies quantum-inspired Monte Carlo methods.

Anna’s hobbies follow the interests and needs of her two angels, aged eight and two years old, who recently redefined her life.
